Estimates & Pricing
Quotes provided through our website are estimates based on the information submitted. Final pricing may vary depending on the condition, size, and specific needs of the home.
Access to Property
Customers are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled appointment time.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will work to make it right.
Payments
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Booking Deposits
Some appointments may require a small booking deposit to reserve your scheduled time. Deposits are refundable with at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Safety
For safety reasons, our cleaners may decline services involving hazardous conditions or unsafe environments.
